A bumpy start with a smile

The staff was genuinely friendly, turning a hectic check-in into a pleasant experience. The room was surprisingly spacious, offering a comfortable space for my family.

Unfortunately, we faced a frustrating situation with a rude guest, which overshadowed our arrival. The breakfast hours also didn’t cater well to our early travel plans.

I stayed at La Quinta in Mesa for a few nights and had some ups and downs. The pool looked inviting, and I spent a nice afternoon relaxing there. The staff were friendly and seemed to care about making my stay pleasant, but there were a few hiccups. The breakfast options included some good items like sausage and eggs, which was a nice surprise compared to other places. However, the walls in my room felt paper thin. I could hear conversations from the next room, making it hard to relax at times. The room itself was tidy, but there was a chemical smell from cleaning supplies that lingered a bit too long. Overall, it was a decent stay, but a few improvements could make it much better.

The Deluxe King room was spacious and really comfortable. I loved the nice view from the top floor, and it had a good vibe overall. However, the room did have a slight musty smell, which was a bit off-putting at times. The bathroom curtains could use a good clean, too. But the bed was cozy enough to make up for it.
